Olivia's book "Be Your Own Guru" focuses on the power of emotional and spiritual intelligence in business and demonstrates with real facts and figures the difference that helping people fulfil their potential has upon the bottom line. Published in 2006 in the UK by Capstone and will soon be available in Polish and Chinese.

Olivia is a former journalist and owner/editor of two business magazines who decided to follow her heart and set up Be Your Own Guru Ltd. Although she still retains her links with journalism, she is also now involved in the recently launched Quantum Business School for Therapists. Olivia is kept busy through her writing, coaching and consultancy work and she is qualified in Hypnotherapy, NLP, Emotional Intelligence, and Counselling.
