Neil is currently in a full time sales role with Heineken UK and is developing Wildfire Concepts from a publications-only business, currently with only one title (with several others either in progress or planned for the future), into what will hopefully become a cutting-edge provider of Personal and Organisational Development tools in the UK and beyond.

Neil is an Honors graduate of St. Andrews University in Scotland and has been writing since a young age, mainly short stories, prose poems and philosophical meanderings. His interests include music and films, photography and "going on adventures". Neil's writing concentrates mainly on the subjects of challenging assumptions and prejudices, the need for self-expression, and the value of leadership in life and in business.

He is currently 35 years of age and "The Path to Perspective" is his first published book, although he already has two follow-up books planned and is also experimenting with some fictional work for possible future publication.

Neil has 10 years experience in medium and large sized corporations, principally in the leisure industry, and his experience includes sales, management and sales development.

Emma is the planning and organisational talent in the business and also currently provides the support functions for the company.
